Strategic Product Innovation is a 2nd years course about strategic considerations to develop a new product for an existing company. A strategy for direction as well as a new product that fitted this strategy was developed with a team. Together we developen the MEETgrill for the Dutch company Weltevree. This product is a grill and fireplace together. The MEETgrill enhances socializing as well as reconnecting with nature as it is portable and easy to store. It can be delivered as semi-circle to be able to fit on balconies, as well as a full circle to place anywhere.
